Greater Things Conference 2010

I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in Me will do what I have been doing. He will do even GREATER THINGS than these, because I am going to the Father. John 14:12.

the performance they did on the last day of conference. Those blue words are all people wearing white gloves. They’re GLOWING. 8D

Okey, so conference ended about a week ago but I’ve been pretty busy with dance practices for Christmas & stuff.. So yea. :P

‘NYWAYSSS.. Conference was great. Less people turned up, but this year’s one definitely changed my perspective towards things(& people). This year’s one has definitely been a more life-changing, eye-opening experience for me compared to last year’s. The project I joined was called “Crisis Home“. It was a home for men who’ve been rejected by society because of their pasts, and are cared for and loved. And thats not all.. most of these men had contracted the HIV virus as well. So its pretty sad.

And that(the hiv thing) for me, (honestly speaking) made me pretty scared la. But long story SHORT, we fellowshipped, bonded, ate dinner together & had a lot of fun together. We shook hands, hugged and did loads of stuff together. We painted, cleaned, raked, cooked etc etc & im still HIV negative. So yeah, until conference, I never dared go anywhere near someone who was HIV positive. But now, I miss those uncles like crazy. ): They were VERY VERY NICE. And its a shame society push them away just like that.

But they’ve definitely been a huge inspiration to me, because despite everything they’ve gone through & are still going through, they’re still very joyful, very passionate for God & very hard working. I love you, uncles. :)
