PRE-CNY celebration

I know.. CNY‘s over.. however, better late than never I reckon.

SOOOO, you know how CNY dinners/reunions/get-togethers/visits/etc are always painfully awkward for the most of us? (‘specially for those of us who DONT SPEAK CHINESE. :/)

Well, someone(a friend from school; not exactly sure who) had this splendid idea that we should celebrate CNY TOGETHER.

All of us- the NON-CHINESE-SPEAKING people, should have our very own ENJOYABLE cny.

Long story short, we celebrated it by having our very own PRE-CNY LUNCH. & since it WAS after all CNY, we had DIM SUM.

It came up to about a hundred bucks but each of us paid a mere RM3+, i think? & DID I MENTION MY GUI LIN GAO was FREEEE? ;D NO, IT WAS NOT EXPIRED.

P.S.; during the pre-cny lunch however, Suwen & I were still in the midst of our “YC Fast” & she was fasting from meat & I was fasting from anything & everything SPICY. So yeah, suwen brought her own vegetarian lunch, & I couldn’t touch the bottle of chilli that was sitting RIGHT THERE,  ALL ALONE, COLD & LONELY. But yeah, we made it through.
